摘  要:针对我国弃风弃光问题,提出了一种荷网源协调实时同步消纳的流程思路,以及弃风弃光电量实时消纳评估方法。文章从分析弃风弃光原因入手,在考虑国家及地区政策基础上,对荷网源协调实时匹配消纳弃风弃光模式进行研究,并设计了一套协调方法,通过对放弃电量、消纳电量等评价指标的取值与计算方法、物理意义及应用方法的研究,形成考虑电网消纳能力情况下的弃风弃光消纳增量评估方法,该评估方法可以面向计划类与直控类消纳类型,为弃风弃光协调消纳提供合约机制中消纳电量评估支撑,最终通过案例模拟展示评估方法的实际用法。In order to support solving the problem of abandoned wind power and solar, this paper proposed a matched method for real-time wind power and solar accommodation and assessment of power quantity accommodation. The research starts with the analysis of energy abandoned reason and the policies already implemented, according to the research about assessment index such as abandoned and accommodation power quantity, including the index values, calculation, physical meaning and application methods. Finally, this article proposed wind power and solar accommodation increment assessment method can be used in plan accommodation and direct control accommodation, and a case is also given for showing how does the match method and assessment operation.
