摘  要:目的建立跟骨三维有限元模型及内固定模型并进行受力分析。方法螺旋CT扫描1例体质量75 kg正常男性右侧跟骨,数据导入Mimics10.01软件建立完整跟骨三维有限元模型。应用ANSYS-R14.5三维有限元分析软件包对两种不同内固定后的跟骨有限元模型进行应力分布研究。结果跟骨三维有限元模型及内固定模型建立成功,受力分析表明,应力集中于跟骨后侧关节面及内置物。结论跟骨后关节面处内置物应力分布集中,临床工作中应重视后方关节面及跟骨结节的有效固定,植骨在力学角度是没有必要的。Objective To establish the three-dimensional finite element model and internal fixation model of calcaneus, so as to analyze the stress. Methods The right calcaneus of a normal male subjects, with a body weight of 75 kg, was scanned using spiral CT. A complete three-di- mensional finite element model of calcaneus was established by the mimics10.01 software. The stress distribution of two different kinds of internal fixation after the finite element model was studied using ANSYS-R14.5 3D finite element analysis software package. Resulls The three dimen- sional finite element model and internal fixation model were established successfully, and the stress analysis showed that the stress concentration in the posterior articular surface and the internal fixation. Conclusion The stress distribution of the implant is concentrated in the posterior articular surface of the calcaneal, and the clinical stuff should pay more attention to the effective fixation of the posterior articular surface and the calcaneal bone. There is no need for bone grafting in mechanics.
