摘　　要：目的了解水泥生产企业职业病危害因素对工人健康影响的特点,分析职业病危害作业工人的健康状况,为职业病防治提供科学依据。方法对广西某水泥生产企业进行现场劳动卫生学调查,检测不同作业点的粉尘浓度、噪声强度及其他有害因素,并对885名工人进行职业健康检查,以接触粉尘和噪声的616名工人为接触组,269名后勤管理人员为对照组。结果水泥生产工作场所中粉尘浓度和噪声强度合格率分别为80.0%和82.6%。接触组听力损失检出率高于对照组(P<0.01),与接触工龄呈正相关(r=0.092,P<0.05)。此外,非职业健康效应脂肪肝患病率最高为18.53%。Logistic回归分析显示,男工脂肪肝患病率高于女工(P<0.01);脂肪肝患病率随着年龄、BMI、总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平的增加而升高(P<0.01)。结论该水泥生产企业工人听力损伤检出率和脂肪肝患病率较高,应对工人加强健康教育,并做好个人防护工作。Objective To understand the status of occupational disease in a cement factory through analysing the health examination of occupational workers, in the factory so as to provide the evidence for protection of occupational workers and prevention of occupational disease. Methods On-site industrial health survey was conducted in the cement factory in Guangxi. Data on occupational health examinations of total 885 workers were taken, among them 616 workers at the production line were defined as the exposure group, another 269 workers whose jobs were management were defined as the control group. Results The major occupational hazards in this cement factory were dust and noise. Compared to the control group, the detection rate of deafness was increased in the exposure group（P〈0.01）, which was positively correlated with service length （r=0. 092,P〈0.05）. The prevalence of fatty liver were 18.53% , which had association withgender （male）, and increased with the increasing of ages, BMI, total cholesterol and triglyceride （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions We should pay more attention to the hearing loss of the cement factory workers, and the personal protection in high intensity noise position should be strengthened. Meanwhile, the related preventive measures should be taken to control fatty liver.
