2006—2013年江苏省尘肺发病状况分析

摘　　要：目的 了解2006—2013年江苏省新确诊尘肺病情况,为进一步预防控制尘肺病危害提供参考依据。方法 对2006—2013年诊断的尘肺病例进行资料汇总,分析尘肺病行业分布、病种分布、工种分布及尘肺病晋期、死亡情况。结果 截止2013年12月31日全省现患尘肺病29 286例,死亡4例。2006—2013年全省13个省辖市共报告尘肺病报告卡6 821例,其中,6 272例新诊断病例,壹期5 071例,占80.9%;549例晋期病例,合并肺结核120例。尘肺病集中于煤炭、建材和地质行业,以矽肺和煤工尘肺为主。发病年龄以超过60岁年龄组最多,发病工龄集中于1～9a。盐城市、无锡市、徐州市、苏州市4个城市为尘肺病重点发病区域。结论 江苏省尘肺发病情况依然十分严峻,职业健康监护覆盖面有待提高,应加强乡镇、“三资”和个体私营企业的监管力度。Objective To investigate new diagnosed pneumoconiosis during the period of the 2006--2013 in Jiangsu Province, in order to provide evidence for further prevention and control of Pneumoconiosis hazard. Methods Data on diagnosis of pneumoconiosis cases in 2006- 2013 was collected to analyze the pneumoconiosis industry distribution, the distribution of disease, type of distribution and promotion, the death of pneumoconiosis. Results By the end of December 31, 2013, there were totally 29296 cases of pneumoconiosis, 4 cases of death. From 2006 to 2013, 6821 cases of pneumoconiosis were reported from 13 provincial cities through the report card. Among them, there were 6272 new cases, 5071 cases with one stage, accounted for 80.9%; 549 cases with the promotiom 120 cases complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Most pneumoconiosis cases were found in coal, building materials and the geological industry, and silicosis and coal workers pneumoconiosis were the most disease category. Most cases were diagnosed at more than 60 year old age group, with working years ranging from 1~9 a. And most cases were found in the 4 cities such as Yancheng City, Wuxi City, Xuzhou City, and Suzhou City. Conclusions The prevalence of pneumoconiosis in Jiangsu Province was still very serious, occupational health service coverage needs to be improved. It was emphasized that the supervision on township and village enterprises,＂ foreign- funded enterprises ＂ and private enterprises should be strengthened.
