2013-2015年湖北省二级及以上公立医院抗菌药物网上集中采购情况分析

摘　　要：目的：了解湖北省二级及以上公立医院抗菌药物网上集中采购情况,为促进抗菌药物的临床合理用药和完善药品集中采购工作提供依据。方法：搜集2013-2015年湖北省二级及以上公立医院网上集中采购抗菌药物的采购率、品种数、挂网价格、采购金额及其占比、采购金额排前10名的品种及抗菌药物挂网价格区间分布等数据,并按年度和公立医院级别进行比较分析。结果：2013-2015年,抗菌药物网上采购率分别为5.97%、17.21%、41.80%;网上集中采购金额占集中采购药品总金额的比例分别为19.42%、17.89%、19.04%;采购金额排前10名的药品中,头孢菌素类分别有6、6、8种;头孢菌素类抗菌药物采购金额占网上集中采购抗菌药物总金额的比例分别为47.81%、51.88%、55.11%;二级公立医院抗菌药物的挂网价格主要集中在20.01~25.00、30.01~40.00、100.01~200.00元,三级公立医院主要集中在200.01~1 000.00、100.01~200.00、50.01~70.00元。结论：湖北省二级及以上公立医院头孢菌素类药品网上采购金额占比大;二、三级公立医院在使用抗菌药物的结构上存在差异,三级公立医院采购价格较高的抗菌药物占比更大。OBJECTIVE： To investigate online antibiotics procurement for secondary and above public hospitals in Hubei prov- ince, and to provide evidence for promote rational use of antibiotics and centralized drug procurement. METHODS ： The data of online centralized antibiotics procurement were collected from secondary and above public hospitals in Hubei province during 2013-2015 in respects of procurement rate, varieties, online price, the procurement amount and ratio, top 10 types in the list of procurement amount, the distribution of online antibiotics price interval. Those data were compared and analyzed by year and the degree of public hospitals. RESULTS： From 2013 to 2015, online antibiotics procurement accounted for 5.97% , 17.21% , 41.80% ; online centralized drug procurement amount accounted for 19.42%, 17.89%, 19.04% of total amount. Among top 10 drugs in the list of procurement amount, there were 6, 6, 8 kinds of cephalosporins; cephalosporins antibiotics procurement amount accounted for 47.81%, 51.88%, 55.11% of total antibiotics amount. Online prices of antibiotics in secondary public hospitals mainly concentrated in the three classes of 20.01-25.00, 30.01-40.00, 100.01-200.00 yuan. Online prices in tertiary public hospitals mainly concentrated in the three classes of 200.01-1 000.00, 100.01-200.00,50.01-70.00 yuan. CONCLUSIONS： Online procurement amount of cephalosporins account for a large proportion in secondary and above public hospitals in Hubei province. There are differences in the structure of antibiotics use between secondary and tertiary public hospitals, and tertiary public hospitals tend to purchase more expensive antibiotics.
