摘　　要：以广东电网有限责任公司技能类岗位胜任能力评价工作中试题库为研究对象,提出了易于理解的"相似度(xsd)"概念,运用Visual Basic程序设计语言,通过相似度检测技术,在几分钟内实现几万次精确比对,将试题库中相似度达到一定值的试题予以显著标记对比,从而避免试题库中相似度高的试题重复出现,有效提高了试题库的质量,保证了岗位胜任能力评价的信度和效度。In guangdong power grid co.,LTD skills class post competence evaluation of knowledge dimension test questions as the research object,this paper puts forward the easy to understand the concept of similarity（XSD）,using the visual basic programming language,using similarity detection techniques,in a few minutes to realize precise alignment tens of thousands of times,will test the similarity reaches a certain value questions be prominently marked contrast,to avoid the high similarity of the examination questions repeated,effectively improve the quality of the test.
