摘　　要：科研经费是否合理合规使用关系到科研项目完成的进度和质量.随着国家对科研经费的监管力度不断加大,医院对科研经费的关注程度逐渐提高,在管理和使用科研经费过程中存在的问题也不断凸显出来.本文根据医学研究的特点,从科研管理的角度全面剖析医学院所科研经费使用和管理中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出完善科研经费使用和管理的建议和对策,不断改善科研经费管理.The factor that how the research funding is managed and used is very important for the progress and quality of research projects.With the continuous increase in the degree of supervision for the research fund,the attention to scientific research funding in hospital is also gradually raised.The problems of mismanaged and misuse research fund has been highlighted.The current study,based on the characteristics of medical research,comprehensively analyzed the existing problems of medical research funding in use and management from the point of view of research management.To solve these problems,we proposed suggestions and countermeasures to improve the use and management of research funding,and continued to improve the management of research funding.
