摘　　要：近年来,横向课题在各三级医院科研课题中所占比例不断加大并呈增长态势,但相对于纵向课题而言,科研人员和管理人员对其重视度偏低,导致课题疏于管理,存在诸多问题.本文就医院横向课题管理存在的问题及对策进行阐述,旨在进一步完善横向课题管理制度与体系,促进医院科研整体发展.The proportion of external research projects has constantly increasing in tertiary hospitals in recent years.However,compared with the government funded projects,the importance of those external research have not been recognized by both researchers and managers,and leading to various problems in project management.This article elucidates the problems and countermeasures of external research project management in tertiary hospital,with an attempt to further improve the management system and promote the overall development of the hospital scientific research.
