摘 要:目的探讨强化心血管植入型电子器械(CIED)植入无菌操作流程能否降低CIED感染发生率。方法选择自1998年1月至2015年9月沈阳军区总医院心内科收治的3 501例植入CIED的患者,将2011年8月前收治的植入CIED患者1 926例作为对照组,2011年8月后收治的1 575例采用强化CIED植入无菌操作流程手术的患者作为强化组,统计CIED深部感染发生率。结果强化组CIED深部感染发生率为0,明显低于对照组1.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化CIED植入无菌操作流程能够降低CIED感染发生率。Objective To explore the influence of strengthening sterile operation before and during implantation procedure on the rate of cardiovascular implantable electronic device(CIED) infection. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 3 501 eases of pa- tients received in The General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region from January 1998 to September 2015.1 926 cases of patients that received CIED before August 2011 were in the control group, 1 575 eases of patients that received strengthening CIED implanted asep- tie operation after August 2011 were in the strengthening group. The rate of CIED deep infection was calculated in each group. Results The deep CIED infection rate in the strengthening group (0) was significantly lower than the control group ( 1.6% ), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Strengthening sterile operation before and during implantation proce- dure can reduce the incidence of CIED infection.
