摘 要:内悬浮外拉线法是我国高电压杆塔组立的普遍方法,施工抱杆在工程应用中大多依据经验,存在一定的安全隐患。选取皖电东送1 000 k V输变电工程中采用的摇臂抱杆为研究对象,采用有限元软件SAP 2000建立梁-杆混合桁架模型,对抱杆进行整体应力状态分析,并在此基础上制定试验方案。共进行7种典型工况下的荷载试验,并将试验结果与有限元结果进行分析和比较。结果表明,抱杆在平臂起吊工况下具有良好的力学性能,验证了抱杆设计的可靠性;低速旋转、同步调幅对构件内力影响较小;不对称力矩是威胁抱杆安全的重要因素,必须加以严控。The construction method of inside suspension pole with outside pulling has been widely used in high voltage tower erection in China,however,the holding pole is mainly relying on engineering experience,which leads to a potential security risk. Taking the holding pole with double rotating arms used in the 1 000 k V power transmission and transformation project,from South Anhui to Shanghai,as the research subject,a finite element model with composite beam-bar truss unit by SAP 2000,was established to analyze the stress state of the whole structure,and according to the analysis results,the test scheme was set down. The loading test including 7 typical working conditions was conducted,and the test results were compared with the FE calculations. The results showed that,on the working condition of synchronous load hoisting,the holding pole performed good mechanical properties,and thus the design reliability of which had been confirmed; both of the operations,slow speed rotating and synchronous derricking had little impact on the internal force in member; unsymmetrical moment was a vital security factor for holding pole,so it had to be strictly controlled.
