摘 要:试验旨在研究豆油替代鱼粉对鲤鱼生长、免疫力及消化酶活性的影响。选取平均体重为(36.12±1.18)g的鲤鱼900尾,随机分成5组(每组3个重复,每个重复60尾),分别投喂蛋白/脂肪水平为32/2.1、31.1/4、30.2/5.8、29.2/7.6、28.3/9.4的饲料(分别记作Diet 1、Diet 2、Diet 3、Diet 4、Diet 5),进行为期63 d的摄食生长试验。结果表明,Diet 4鲤鱼生长效果最好,且显著高于Diet 5(P<0.05)。鲤鱼抗氧化能力随替代量的升高呈上升趋势。Diet 4血清SOD、CAT活性最高,MDA含量最低。GOT、GPT活性则呈先下降后上升的趋势,且Diet 2活性最低。在肝胰脏中Diet 3脂肪酶活性显著高于其它处理组(P<0.05),肠道中以Diet 3、Diet 4最高。由此可见,在本试验条件下,鲤鱼生长的最适蛋白/脂肪水平为29.2/7.6,适量的豆油替代鱼粉可以提高鲤鱼的免疫力及消化酶活性。A 63 days feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of soybean oil replace fish meal oncarp growth, immunity and digestive enzyme activities. 900 carp were randomly divided into five groups(n=3 replicates of 60), whose average weight was(36.12±1.18) g. Five groups were formulated with pro-tein/fat level of 32/2.1, 31.1/4, 30.2/5.8, 29.2/7.6 and 28.3/9.4(denoted as Diet 1, Diet 2, Diet 3, Diet 4and Diet 5). Results showed that the best growth performance of carp was found in Diet 4, and signifi-cantly better than Diet 5(P〈0.05). The antioxidant capacity of carp raised with the increase of theamount of substitution,and the highest serum SOD, CAT activity and the lowest MDA content werefound in Diet 4. While the GOT and GPT activityshowed a opposite trend, and got the minimum atDiet 4. In hepatopancreas, the highest lipase ac-tivity was found in Diet 3, and in intestine werein Diet 3 and Diet 4, and showed a significantlydifference with other groups(P〈0.05). Thus, inthis experiment, the optimal dietary protein/fatlevel was 29.2/7.6, the appropriate amount soy-bean oil replace fish meal can improve the immu-nity and digestive enzyme activities of carp.
