摘  要:评价甘露寡糖对水产动物促生长效果,以阐述甘露寡糖对水产动物是否有促生长的作用,为水产动物的健康养殖提供科学的参考。使用计算机检索CNKI数据库,搜集甘露寡糖促水产动物生长的相关文献,对符合纳入标准的研究进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献16篇,与空白对照组相比,添加组的增重率:鱼类[MD=24.77,95%CI=(11.92,37.61),P=0.000 2]、南美白对虾[MD=44.52,95%CI=(7.97,81.07),P=0.02]、海参[MD=56.37,95%CI=(54.81,57.93),P<0.000 01]的增重率显著高于对照组,且具有统计学意义;特定生长率:鱼类[MD=0.10,95%CI=(0.07,0.13),P<0.000 01]、南美白对虾[MD=0.27,95%CI=(0.18,0.36),P<0.000 01]、海参[MD=0.43,95%CI=(0.39,0.47),P<0.000 01]的特定生长率显著高于对照组,且具有统计学意义;饵料系数:鱼类的饵料系数显著低于对照组[MD=-0.16,95%CI=(-0.24,-0.08),P=0.000 1],结果具有统计学意义。结论:甘露寡糖具有提高鱼类、南美白对虾、海参的增重率和特定增长率,可以显著降低鱼类的饵料系数。Evaluation of mannan oligosaccharide growth promoting effect on aquatic animals, to clari-fy the effect of mannan oligosaccharide to aquatic animals on growth aspect, can provide scientificreference to the health of the aquatic animal breeding. Use computer search in CNKI database, col-lecting literature on the mannan oligosaccharide promoting effect function of aquatic animals, metaanalysis on met inclusion criteria. Results: a total of 16 studies were involved in the study. The re-sults of meta-analyses showed that the weight gain rate of experimental group: fish [MD=24.77,95%CI=(11.92,37.61), P=0.000 2] Penaeus vannamei and Holothurian [MD=44.52,95%CI=(7.97,81.07), P=0.02], [MD=56.37,95%CI=(54.81,57.93), P〈0.000 01], significantly improve to the control groups. Cansignificantly improve the fish, Penaeus vannamei and Holothurian specific growth rate[MD=0.10,95%CI=(0.07,0.13),P〈0.000 01], [MD=0.27, 95%CI=(0.18,0.36), P〈0.000 01], [MD=0.43,95%CI=(0.39,0.47),P〈0.000 01], can significantly reduce the food coefficient of fish[MD=-0.16,95%CI=(-0.24,-0.08), P=0.000 1]. Conclusion: mannan oligosaccharide could significantly improve the fish, Penaeus vanna-mei and Holothurian’ weight gain rate and the specific growth rate, could significantly reduce the foodcoefficient of fish.
