摘 要:试验旨在研究半胱胺和小肽对肉鸡生长性能及屠宰性能的影响。试验采用3×3双因子析因设计,选取1日龄1 080羽罗斯308健壮肉鸡,随机分为9个处理,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复30羽肉鸡。半胱胺设0、90、120 mg/kg 3个水平,小肽设0、0.5%和1%3个水平,试验期为42 d。试验结果表明,半胱胺和小肽的肉鸡平均日增重和欧洲效益指数的交互作用显著(P<0.05)。日粮中同时添加0.5%小肽和90 mg/kg半胱胺的肉鸡平均日增重和欧洲效益指数最高,分别比对照组显著增高11.36%和25.91%,饲料增重比最低,比对照组显著降低8.60%。添加半胱胺可显著提高肉鸡的半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率(P<0.05),腹脂率显著下降(P<0.05)。添加小肽对肉鸡的屠宰性能没有显著影响(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,饲料中同时添加0.5%小肽和90 mg/kg半胱胺可显著提高肉鸡的生长性能和屠宰性能。This study was conducted to investigate the effect of cysteamine(CS) and peptide on growthperformance and carcass quality of broilers.The method of 3×3 double-factor factorial design was ad-opted. One-day-old 1 080 Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into nine treatments with four rep-licates in every group and 30 broilers in every replicate. Peptide set 0, 0.5% and 1% three levels, CSprovided 0, 90, 120 mg/kg three levels. This study lasted 42 d. The results showed that interaction be-tween small peptide and CS were significant on average daily gain(ADG) and European efficiency in-dex(EPI)(P〈0.05). Broilers fed with diet containing 0.5% small peptide and 90 mg/kg CS had thehighest ADG and EPI, 11.36% and 25.91% higher than the control group respectively and had the low-est F/G and was 8.60% lower than the control group(P〈0.05). Adding CS could significantly improvehalf eviscerated rate, eviscerated rate, breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of broilers(P〈0.05). Ab-dominal fat rate has a downward trend. There was no significant effect of small peptides on slaughterperformance of broilers(P〉0.05). In conclusion, CS and small peptides had significant interaction onADG and EPI of broilers. The addition of 0.5% small peptides and 90 mg/kg CS in feed significantlyimproved the production performance and carcass quality of broilers.
