摘　　要：智慧城市,是充分利用现代信息通信技术,汇聚人的智慧,赋予物以智能,使汇集智慧的人和具备智能的物互存互动、互补互促,以实现经济社会活动最优化的城市发展新模式和新形态。烟台是环渤海经济圈内重要节点城市、山东半岛蓝色经济区骨干城市,＂一带一路＂国家战略重点建设港口城市,烟台发展云计算和大数据产业具有得天独厚的优越条件。近年来,On the morning of September 18,a large data industrial park jointly built by China Electronic Chamber of Commerce,Langchao Group and Zhongjin Data Company was officially settled in Yantai Zhongjin Data Center which located in Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone.The China Electronic Chamber of Commerce brings together many outstanding enterprises,professionals and information resources.Langchao Group has a huge technical advantage both in the cloud computing and big data area,and the Zhongjin data information system outsourcing services and cloud computing operations services in the industry-leading.The three companies will achieve strategic win-win cooperation,adding new impetus to building Smart Yantai.
