摘 要:玄武岩纤维筋材(BFRP)具有耐腐蚀、强度高、质量轻、介电性能好等优点,是一种绿色环保的钢筋替代材料。通过抗拉伸试验、抗剪试验、耐腐蚀试验,研究了玄武岩纤维强度、变形和破坏等力学性能。对BFRP筋材作为锚杆应用的可行性以及锚具的制作做出了探讨和建议。试验结果表明:BFRP筋材的抗拉强度是普通钢筋的2倍以上,弹性模量约为钢筋的1/4。BFRP筋的弹性模量主要与玄武岩纤维的含量有关,玄武岩纤维含量越高,BFRP筋的抗拉弹性模量越大。BFRP筋材的抗剪强度仅略小于钢筋的抗剪强度,在160—190MPa之间。与钢筋相比,BFRP筋在抗拉强度、耐腐蚀等方面具有明显的优势,非常适合用作锚杆拉筋,可有效解决传统钢材锚杆容易锈蚀的问题。The basah fiber reinforced plastic (BFRP) is a kind of material with good mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance. The problem of durability of concrete can be solved if steel bars are substituted with BFRP. The strength, deformation and failure characteristics are studied by tensile test, shearing test and corrosion resistance test. The feasibility of BFRP as rebar for anchor bolt and the design of anchorage device are discussed and some advices are proposed. The result of tests show that the tensile strength of BFRP is 200% higher than common steel, and elasticity modulus is a quarter of the common steel. The elasticity modulus of BFRP has positive correlation with basalt fiber content. The shear strength of BFRP is lower than common steel, the value is between 160 -190 MPa. Compared with common steel, the BFRP has advantage in tensile strength, corrosion resistance and if is used as rebar for anchor bolt the corrosion problem of steel rebar of anchor bolt can be solved.
