摘　　要：随着我国城镇化的快速发展,建筑业迎来了一个群体工程建设的浪潮,而传统的成本管理方式制约了施工总承包企业的发展。应用供应链管理思想,以供应链成本管理组织架构为支撑,从生产维度、关系维度提出了群体工程供应链成本管理措施,并建立了相应的绩效评价体系。With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the construction industry has ushered in a wave of group project construction, however, the traditional cost management methods has restricted the development of the general contracting enterprises. Based on the supply chain management theory,the supply chain cost management system is established, along with the strategies from the relational dimension and the production dimension. In the end,the paper developed a performance management system for the supply chain.
