摘　　要：以同济大学附属同济医院为例,介绍以电子病历为基础的临床数据中心的设计及应用,讨论其应用效果。临床数据中心的建立可消除医院信息系统之间的数据孤岛,从而便于临床数据分析并进行深度挖掘,为提高患者治疗质量提供数据支持。Taking Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University as an example,the paper introduces the design and application of the clinical data center based on Electronic Medical Records（EMR） and discusses its application effects.The establishment of the clinical data center can eliminate data isolation among hospital information systems.Thus,it provides convenience for clinical data analysis and deep mining as well as data support for improving the quality of patient treatment.
