摘　　要：介绍中南大学湘雅医院病人转运平台建设背景、过程及应用,阐述其实施效果。该平台的建设与实施优化转运流程,显著提高手术运行效率,明确了责任,降低员工配备。The paper introduces the construction background,process and application of the patient transfer platform of Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,and explains its implementation effects.The construction of this platform and the optimization of the transfer process have significantly improved the operating efficiency of surgeries,clarified the responsibilities and reduced the staff equipped.
