摘 要:为解决大采高仰采工作面由于冒顶压架导致的采煤机大量割底问题,分析了事故发生原因和应采取的对策,通过架前开扩帮巷、人工提溜等办法使支架逐渐接顶,恢复了正常生产,降低了化学注浆成本,形成了一套扩帮巷分次施工与支护工艺。In order to solve the problem of shearer cutting bottom heavily because of roof failing and support crushing in up-dip face with large mining height, and the cause of the accident and reasonable countermeasures are analyzed. Through some way like tunneling face-expansion roadway in front of the supports and uplifting scraper conveyor by artificial, the hydraulic supports contacted the roof gradually, and normal production of workface was resumed. Meanwhile, the chemical grouting costs was reduced, and the technique for sub construction and support of face-expansion roadway was formed.
