摘　　要：通过对短壁采煤机调高系统进行理论分析,找到了摇臂空载下降过程中发生抖动的原因。提出的新型平衡阀组解决了双向摆动的摇臂下降时抖动和上升时附加阻力的问题,显著提高了短壁采煤机调高系统的稳定性。Through theoretical analysis of short wall shearers adjusting system, found the reasons of dithering during shearer ranging arm no-load down process. A new counterbalance combination value is adopted, it can remove dithering and additional resistance, and enhance the stability of the hydraulic system.
