摘  要:液压支架是煤矿填充采煤工作面重要的机械设备,研究充采液压支架底座受力特征对分析其可靠性具有重要的参考价值。根据工作面覆岩层变形规律,分析了液压支架底座的受力特征。以危险工况下的支架底座为研究对象,建立了多目标优化模型,对液压支架底座结构进行了改进,得出了内主肋板、外主肋板和底主肋板的最优厚度。Hydraulic support is an important mechanical equipment in the coal mining face. It is important to analyze the reliability of the hydraulic support frame. According to the deformation law of the overburden strata in the working face, the mechanical characteristics of the hydraulic support base were analyzed. The multi objective optimization model was established to improve the structure of the base plate. The optimal thickness of inner main rib plate, outer main rib plate and bottom plate were obtained.
