摘 要:采场内充填料浆流动轨迹与强度分布规律是影响充填体质量的控制性因素。以石人沟铁矿充填采场为工程背景,借助MDL-vs150三维激光扫描仪器,提取了现场充填料浆流动终态轨迹坡面数据,得出了充填采场料浆流动轨迹坡面曲线函数方程,进行了现场取样与强度测试试验,揭示了充填体强度分布规律。结果表明:以充填下料口为原点,充填料浆沿流动方向的轨迹坡面曲线趋向于正态分布,沿充填料浆流动方向充填体强度呈减小-增大-减小的"倒S"型分布,沿充填料浆流动方向上出现充填体强度损失区和强度增加区,其中强度损失区中强度平均损失25.80%,强度增加区中强度平均增加17.18%。能为采场的充填钻孔数量与位置设计及稳定性分析提供理论依据,对类似矿山充填质量评价有很好的借鉴意义。The flow track of filling slurry and distribution law of strength are controllable factors for influencing quality of filling materials. Taking the filling stope of Shi Rengou iron mine as engineering background,with the aid of the MDL-vs1503D-laser scanner,the date of final state trajectory surface of filling slurry were extracted,the curve functional equation of flow track of filling slurry in stope was obtained,and the distribution law of strength was revealed by the way of site sampling and mechanics experiment in laboratory. The results showed that: with blanking hole as the origin,the curve of flow track trajectory surface of filling slurry tends to normal distribution,the strength of filling material has an"inverted-S"distribution of diminution-enlargement-diminution along the flow direction of filling slurry,strength loss area and strength increase area appear along the flow direction of filling slurry,the average loss is 25. 80% and the average increase is 17. 18%. The results can provide theoretical basis for the design of the amount and position of drill holes for filling,and also provide theoretical basis for stability analysis of filling material. It is a good reference to make quality assessment of cut and filling mining for similar mine.
