摘　　要：高效率、高速度搅拌机是制备高浓度充填用料浆的最重要的设备。针对传统的矿山井下充填用高速搅拌机设备磨损快、制料不均、密封效果差、漏浆等难题,研制了一种新型的GSJ80型充填用高速搅拌机。该搅拌机通过搅拌轴带动耐磨片和转子的高速旋转,对高浓度全尾砂胶结充填料浆实施强力的碰撞、剪切、混合后能制备出混合均匀、流动性良好、输送阻力小的料浆,极大地提高了充填效果。同时该设备具有拆装、检修方便、耐磨性好、使用寿命长、密封性好、不易漏浆的特点。设备在天长市天兴矿业有限公司应用,通过搅拌参数测试,取得了较好的效果,具有广泛的推广前景。High efficient and high speed mixer is the most important equipment to prepare high concentration of filling slurry. Aiming at the problems in traditional mining-filling mixer,such as easily wearing,uneven materials,poor sealing effect,mortar leakage and so on,a new type of GSJ80 high speed mining-filling mixer was developed. With the high-speed rotation of wear plate and rotor driven by the stirring shaft,slurries with high concentration,uniform mixing,good flow properties and small transport resistance,are prepared after a strong collision,shearing,and mixing of high-density cemented unclassified tailings slurry,which can greatly improve the filling effect. At the same time,the equipment has advantages of easy disassembly,convenient maintenance,good wear resistance,long service life,good sealing properties and less leakage of slurry. The equipment has been applied in Tianchang Tianxing Mining Co.,Ltd.. The mixing parameter tests indicate： the equipment has achieved remarkable results in application and owns a wide range of promotional prospect.
