摘  要:目的:探讨CT增强扫描中非离子型对比剂注射速率与不良反应发生的关系。方法:将2015年11月-2015年12月在我院行CT增强检査患者766例(男性374例,女性392例),根据对比剂注射速率分为三组:注射速率≤2.5ml/s组283例;注射速率2.5~3.5ml/s组227例;注射速率≥3.5ml/s组256例。记录分析各组患者造影检查中不良反应情况。结果:各组患者均顺利完成CT增强扫描,≥3.5 ml/s组轻度不良反应发生率其他两组高,但是差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:在CT扫描过程中,非离子型对比剂为一种安全可靠并且稳定的对比剂,其不同的注射速度会产生一定的不良反应,在临床应急工作中应对其给予足够的重视。Purpose: To analyze the adverse reactions caused by non-ionic iodinated contrast media in CT enhanced scan with different injection rate. Methods: A total of 766 patients who received non-ionic iodinated contrast media for CT enhanced scan in our hospital from November 2015 to December 2015 were retrospectively studied. According to the different injection rate, there were 3 groups: ≤ 2.5ml/s(n=283),2.5-3.5ml/s(n=227), ≥ 3.5ml/ s(n=256). The clinical symptoms and outcomes of adverse reaction in iodinated contrast media were analyzed. Results: The incidence rate of the mild reaction in the ≥ 3.5ml/s group was a little higher than that in the other two groups. However, the difference was with no statistical significant (P〉0.05).Conclusion: Application of non-ionic iodinated contrast media in CT enhanced scan is safe, while closely observe the allergic adverse reaction with the in time treatment is very important in clinical practice.
