摘　　要：移动通信急需一个适用多种环境的综合网络管理平台,以省级移动通信网中的GSM网为例,依托TeMIP电信平台的软件架构,给出了故障管理系统三层管理结构,包括采集层、处理层和应用层。该体系结构可以解决通信设备多厂家、多通信协议并网互通的问题。Along with the rapid development of mobile communication, an integrated network management platform adapting to a variety of environment is needed. Based on mobile communication network at the provincial level in the GSM network as example, based on a TeMIP telecom platform software architecture, gives a fault management system structure of three layers, including data acquisition layer, data processing layer and data application layer. This structure can solve the problem of protocol interconnection communication among different communication equipment manufacturers.
