摘  要:注水管线长期运行会腐蚀、结垢,杂质被冲刷下来会影响回注水水质。回注污水中的油类、悬浮固体会堵塞注水井的近井地带及井眼附近区域,导致近井地带的渗透率明显降低,压力升高,注水量下降,造成油层污染。应用SPSS软件分析注水干线冲洗时悬浮物和含油量与冲洗时间冲洗流速等参数之间的相关关系,进而利用量纲分析法得到悬浮物和含油量与冲洗参数之间的规律,以便于通过控制参数值改善注水干线二次污染的问题。The long-term operation of water injection pipeline will lead to corrosion and scaling, impurities washed down will affect the injection water quality. The oil and suspended solids in recycling sewage will block the zone near the injection wells and the area near borehole, leading to significant reduction in permeability near the wellbore, pressure rise, decrease in the amount of water injection. In this paper,SPSS software was used to analyze the relationship between the suspended solids content, oil content and flushing time, flushing velocity and other parameters during washing the water injection line. Then the change rule of suspended solids content, oil content and flushing parameters were obtained by the dimensional analysis method, so as to solve the secondary pollution problem of water injection lines by controlling the parameters.
