摘　　要：针对铝制板翅式热交换器封头裂纹特点制定详细的返修方案,保证返修的一次成功。最后,文章分析了铝制板翅式热交换器封头裂纹的成因,并对如何控制此类缺陷产生提出了建议。Based on characteristics of aluminum plate-fin type heat exchanger head cracks, detailed repair scheme was put forward to guarantee successful repair. Finally, causes of the aluminum plate-fin type heat exchanger head cracks were analyzed, and suggestions on how to control such defects were put forward.
