摘 要:为了进一步完善我国钢轨闪光焊标准,对俄罗斯、英国、美国等国家标准进行对比分析,发现多数国家的钢轨闪光焊接头静弯最低荷载及挠度在超过静弯曲线屈服点的塑性阶段,而我国标准则相对较低,处于静弯曲线的屈服阶段,建议适当提高我国标准质量要求。静弯试验结果与试验温度关系密切,在18℃~50℃之间,荷载提高大约100 k N时,挠度提高15 mm,试验温度对挠度影响更加明显,建议钢轨闪光焊接头静弯试件温度应当控制在一个较小的范围内。焊接工艺试验表明,珠光体型钢轨的闪光焊接头强度与顶锻量呈反比,顶锻量过大,会导致带状组织流线横向分布,从而降低接头强度。To further improve the rail flush wetding standard available in China, the article makes a comparative anal- ysis on national standards applicable to Russia, UK, USA and other countries. It is found that the minimal load and de- flection of static bending for rail flush welding joint in most countries occurs in the plastic stage going beyond the yield point of static bending curve. However, the Chinese standard is relatively lower. It is suggested that the quality require- ments specified in the Chinese standard shall be improved. The static bending test result closely relates to the test tem- perature, between 18 ~C ~ 50 ~C. When the load is increased by about 100 kN. the deflection shall be increased by 15 mm. The test temperature affects the deflection in a more obvious manner. It is suggested that the temperature of a static bend- ing test piece for rail flush welding joint shall be limited to a smaller range. The welding process test indicates that, the flush welding joint strength of pearlitic rails is in inverse proportion to the upset length. In case the upset length is exces- sive, it may result in the streamlined transverse distribution ofbanded structure, thus lowering the joint strength.
