摘  要:基于等幅载荷和随机载荷的应力-寿命曲线,引入随机振动疲劳的频域分析方法。根据IEC61373:2010《铁路应用铁道车辆设备冲击和振动试验》,对设备关键部件进行随机振动分析。选取相应的功率谱密度作为激励,完成模态和随机振动响应分析,得到设备应力的频域特性,对设备易失效部位的疲劳寿命进行预测。同时,基于样品的振动试验,验证分析方法的有效性。Based on the stress-life curve of constant-amplitude load and random load, the article introduces the fre- quency domain analysis method for random vibration fatigue. In accordance with IEC 61373:2010 Railway Applica- tions-Rolling Stock equipment-Shock and Vibration Tests, a random vibration analysis is conducted to key equipment keys. By selecting the corresponding power spectral density as excitation, the modality and random vibration response analysis is conducted, resulting in the frequency domain characteristics of equipment stress, with the fatigue life of equipment parts easy to fail predicted. In the meantime, based on the vibration test on samples, the validity of the analysis method is verified.
