摘　　要：本文以改革开放以来广州地区的村志编修实践为中心,通过深入分析村志编修的背景、编修模式、编修人员构成以及内容体例,探讨当前地方志工作机构对村志编修工作的管理思路。从明确修志机构的角色定位、尊重村志编修独特性、承认村志形态多样性三个角度考量,地方志工作机构对村志编修工作的管理、指导、服务应有所为,有所不为。This article is centered on the village records compilation practice of Guangzhou region since the reform and opening-up. Through in-depth analysis of the background,compilation mode,compilation staff,and content styles,this article discusses the current management of local records work departments towards village records compilation. When examined from the three angles of the role and positioning of local records departments,considering the uniqueness of village records compilation and with recognition of the diversity in forms of village records,the management,guidance,and services of local records work departments towards village records compilation should have its dos and don'ts.
