摘　　要：该文对2004-2013年中国与世界管理科学的Wo S论文进行了文献计量分析,从研究规模、学术影响、高被引论文、国际合作和分支学科布局等维度展开,旨在对中国和世界主要科技发达国家的研究实力进行比较,揭示中国管理科学的发展态势和国际竞争力,为科研管理部门制定管理科学发展战略以及相关学科政策提供参考。Based on the records in Thomson Reuters＇s Web of Science database, this paper uses bibliometrics method to assess the development trends of management sciences in China and the world during 2004 to 2013. The paper analyzes the aspects of the research production, academic impact, highly cited papers, international collaboration and disciplinary layout. The paper aims to compare the strength of China with the developed countries, reveal the development trend of China＇s management sciences and its international competitiveness, provide references to management sciences policy formulation for Chinese government.
