基于运气理论三豆汤对手足口病预防效果观察

摘　　要：目的运气理论指导下观察三豆汤对手足口病的预防效果。方法随机选取我市手足口病疫区往年发病率较高的六所幼儿园,选取其中三所给予幼儿口服三豆汤,然后比较服用组与未服用组2014年与2015年手足口病晨检阳性率。结果2015年服用三豆汤的3组晨检阳性率均为0%,未服用三豆汤的3组晨检阳性率分别是1.98%、1.49%、1.86%;2014年6组晨检阳性率分别是1.63%、1.68%、1.78%、2%、1.87%、2.17%;发现3所服用"三豆汤"的幼儿园手足口病发病率明显下降。结论 "三豆汤"预防手足口病效果显著,值得在社会上推广。Objective To observe the prevention effect of Sandou decoction on hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 6 kindergartens in our city which with high disease incidence of the hand-foot-mouth in former years were randomly selected and children of three of kindergartens took orally Sandou decoction, twice a day. The morning check positive rate between the experimental group and the oth- er three groups and the same kindergarten in 2014 and 2015 was evaluated. Results The hand-foot-mouth disease morning check positive rate of the three kindergartens with Sandou decoction in 2015 were 0%, which the other groups was 1.98%, 1.49% and 1.86% respectively . The positive rate of six kindergartens in 2014 was 1.63%, 1.68%, 1.78%, 2%, 1.87%, and 2.17%, respectively. In the same kindergartens, the positive rate decreased significantly in the children with Sandou decoction. Conclusion Sandou decoc- tion in the prevention of hand-foot-mouth disease is remarkable, and is worth popularizing in the society.
