伤药软膏治疗软组织损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察运用伤药软膏治疗软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法对224例软组织损伤病人,采用黄连、黄芩、黄柏、大黄、三七等药物制成伤药软膏,外搽患处,5 g/次,3次/日;治疗4周为1个疗程。采用病情程度评估(评分法)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、疗效评判标准比较治疗前后的效果。结果 224例病人中,215例病人用药1个月以后病情好转,总有效率95.98%。结论伤药软膏对软组织损伤有良好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shangyao ointment in the treatment of soft tissue injuries. Methods A total of 224 cases of soft tissue injury patients were treated with Shangyao ointment which is made from rhizoma coptidis, radix scutellariae, cortex phellodendri, radix et rhizoma rhei, panax notoginseng, etc of ten flavor medicine . Shangyao ointment was applied on the skin. 5g once daily, 3 times one day, 4 weeks was a period of treatment. The curative effect is shown by scoring method, VAS and evalua- tion criteria. Results In 224 patients, 215 cases of patients got better after a month, and the total effective rate was 95.98%. Conclu- sion Shangyao ointment has a good effect on soft tissue injuries.
