摘　　要：慢性肾衰属于一种难治性疾病,预后较差,最终需要血液透析治疗。名老中医赵振昌教授擅长治疗本病,认为本病以虚损为本,浊毒为标,虚损体现在先天之本肾精虚损及后天之本中焦脾胃的亏虚,后期可波及五脏六腑,浊毒是由外感、湿热、瘀血、痰浊蕴育而成。治疗时应抓住主要矛盾,做到有的放矢,祛邪先扶正,标本兼治,病证结合,中西合参,使阴阳到达机体平衡,从而改善慢性肾衰临床症状,延缓肾功能恶化,延长血液透析进程,造福人类。Chronic renal failure is a refractory disease, the prognosis is poor, and finally requires the blood dialysis. The famous veteran doctor of TCM Professor Zhao Zhenchang specializes in the treatment of this disease. He thought that the disease is weakness in oriented and turbidity toxin in superficiality, deficiency reflects the kidney essence deficiency and acquired the dampness of spleen deficiency, later period can be spread to the internal organs, turbidity toxin is composed of exogenous,damp heat, blood sta-sis and phlegm breeds. Treatment should seize the principal contradiction, shoot the arrow at the target, strengthen vital qi to elimi-nate pathogenic factor treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,with the combination of disease and syndrome, combin-ing traditional Chinese and Western medicine, so that the body reaches the balance, so as to improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure, delay the deterioration of renal function, prolong blood dialysis process, and benefit mankind.
