从筋论治膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察铍针配合手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用铍针治疗配合推拿治疗;对照组采用针刺治疗配合推拿治疗。分别于治疗前后对2组病例进行评估,并对比其临床疗效。结果治疗组与对照组均有较好疗效,治疗组在缓解疼痛和改善活动功能方面优于对照组。结论铍针配合手法治疗能够较好地缓解疼痛,改善患者的膝关节活动功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of stiletto needle acupuncture and massage in treating knee osteoarthritis. Meth- ods The patients were randomly divided into two groups . The treatment group received stiletto needle acupuncture combined with massage therapy . The control group received acupuncture therapy combined with massage therapy. Before and after treatment, the two groups were evaluated, and the clinical effect was compared. Results Treatment group and control group had good effect. In re- lieving pain and improving function activities, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion The stiletto needle acupuncture combined with massage therapy can well relieve pain and improve function in patients＂ knee.
