针刺治疗痰湿体质原发性高血压病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在口服西药降压治疗基础上应用针刺治疗痰湿体质原发性高血压患者的临床疗效。方法将60例属于痰湿体质的原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规口服西药治疗的基础上应用针刺,对照组采用常规口服西药治疗。结果疗程结束后治疗组患者在降压效果上优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口服西药降压基础上应用针刺干预可显著减少痰湿体质原发性高血压患者的中医证候积分、提高降压效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral Western medicine cooperated with acupuncture in the treatment of phlegm dampness constitution essential hypertension. Methods 60 phlegm dampness constitution essential hypertension patients were random-ized divided into control group and treatment group. Oral Western medicine treatment was taken in the control group. The teratment group was given acupuncture treatment based on the treatment of the control group. Results Blood pressure in the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral Western medicine cooperated with acupuncture treatment can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome integral of risk phlegm dampness constitution essential hypertension patients, and improve the antihypertensive effect.
