中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕证的研究

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是导致排卵异常、不孕症的最常见原因,目前,中西医结合治疗PCOS不孕证患者各有不同方法,中西医结合疗法广泛应用于临床研究。基于学者对其病因病机的认识,采用温肾方、补肾方、周期治疗方等方法加用西药治疗,体现了中药多靶点、低副作用、适应范围广、减轻西药副作用等特点,取得了良好疗效,值得临床进一步推广和借鉴。Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is the most common causes of ovulation abnormalities and infertility. At present, there are different treatment methods on PCOS infertility patients with integrated medicine, which is widely used in clinical research. Based on understanding of their etiology and pathogenesis, Wenshen prescription and Bushen prescription combining Western medicine were applied. TCM achieved good effect with the multi-target, low side effect, a wide range and reducing the side effects of Western medicine, which is worthy of further promotion.
