摘  要:目的对我院门、急诊处方点评和分析,提高我院门急诊处方合格率,促进合理用药。方法采取回归性分析,随机抽取2015年1月—12月每月我院门、急诊处方的1%,进行处方点评,统计不合理处方并分析。结果 2015年共计点评门、急诊处方12391张,合理处方11858张,不合理处方533张,处方合格率95.7%。结论改进处方点评模式,加强处方管理,完善处方点评制度,提高处方合格率,促进合理用药水平,降低用药风险。Objective To review and analyze the outpatient emergency prescriptions, and to improve the qualification rate of pre-scriptions and promote rational use of drugs. Methods Using retrospective analysis method, a random sample of outpatient emer-gency prescriptions of 1% per month from January 2015 to December were selected to review the prescriptions. The results of unrea-sonable prescriptionwere analyzed. Results 12391 prescriptions were reviewed in 2015 in our hospital, of which, 11858( 95.7 %)were rational, while 533 prescriptions were irrational. Conclusion Through improving prescription review mode and system, strength-ening prescription management, we can improve the qualified rate of prescription, rational drug use level as well as risk reducing.
