沙参麦冬汤合泻白散联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探析小儿支原体肺炎采用大环内酯类抗生素与中药汤剂联合治疗的临床效果。方法选择2014年5月—2015年5月期间我院收治的支原体肺炎患儿106例为研究对象,根据数字随机表法分为两组,其中给予对照组大环内酯类抗生素治疗,而观察组在此基础上,再运用中药汤剂联合治疗,护理上强调手卫生、做好基础护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组的临床症状缓解时间短,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的治疗有效率高,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);同时,两组的不良反应发生率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用中药汤剂与大环内酯类抗生素联合治疗小儿支原体肺炎,不仅起效快、疗效显著,还不容易发生不良反应,是安全有效的一种方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of large ring lactone class antibiotic and Chinese medicine decoction in the treat-ment of infantile mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods From May 2014 ro May 2015, 106 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group which was given large ring lactone class antibiotic and observation group which was given large ring lactone class antibiotic and Chinese medicine decoction（ P 〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results Comparing with the control group, the clinical syndrome relief time of the observation group was shorter, and there was significant differentiation（ P 〈0.05）. The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was significant differentiation（P 〈0.05）. At the same time, the difference on incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups had statistical significance（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of Chinese medicine decoction with large ring lactone class antibiotic in the treatment of infantile mycoplasma pneumonia not only has fast effect and sifnificant curative effect, but also has adverse reactions,and is a kind of safe and effective method.
