摘　　要：目的探讨中药湿敷联合曲张静脉抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡的疗效。方法选取我院2013年2月—2014年10月收取的下肢静脉曲张性溃疡患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照物各50例,对照组患者采用曲张静脉抽剥术治疗,观察组患者采用曲张静脉抽剥术联合中药湿敷治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,进行临床对照性分析。结果对照组患者术后溃疡面平均愈合时间(27.5±4.6)d,观察组患者平均愈合时间(22.3±3.5)d,明显优于对照组(P<0.05),愈合时间缩短;观察组患者术后10d溃疡面生长、疼痛、渗出、出血、水肿症状和体征评分均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者总有效率86%,观察组患者总有效率96%,经过对比,观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组,疗效明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药湿敷联合曲张静脉抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine wet compress combined with varicose vein stripping operation in the treatment of varicose ulcer of lower extremity. Methods 100 cases of patients with varicose vein of lower limb ulcer in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with varicose vein stripping operation treatment. Patients in observation group were treated with varicose vein stripping surgery combined with Chinese herbal medicine wet compress. The clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The postoperative ulcer surface average healing time of the control group was（27.5 ± 4.6 d）, the postoperative ulcer surface average healing time of the observation group was（22.3 ± 3.5 d）, and the postoperative ulcer surface average healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. After 10 d of operation, ulcer surface growth, pain, exudation, hemorrhage, edema, symptoms and signs scores of the observation group were signifi-cantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 96% which was higher than 86% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine wet compress combined with varicose vein stripping operation in the treatment of vari-cose ulcer of lower extremity has significantly curative effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
