八段锦联合艾柱灸治疗糖尿病患者阳虚型便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察运用八段锦联合艾柱灸治疗糖尿病患者阳虚型便秘的效果。方法将60例糖尿病阳虚型便秘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予西医降血糖常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上增加八段锦联合艾柱灸进行治疗,随访10天,观察治疗前后两组患者阳虚型便秘症状改善情况,比较2种不同方法对糖尿病患者阳虚型便秘的治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论运用八段锦联合艾柱灸治疗糖尿病阳虚型患者便秘疗效肯定,值得进一步研究。Objective In order to observe the therapeutic effect of eight-section brocade exercise combined with moxibustion therapy in the treatment of yang deficiency constipation of diabetic patients. Methods 60 cases of yang deficiency constipation of diabetic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In addition to the routine treatment for controlling blood sug-ar, the treatment group was additionally treated with eight-section brocade exercise combined with moxibustion therapy. The two groups were followed-up for 10 days. Before and after treatment, symptoms improvement of the two groups was observed. The thera-peutic effect of the two methods was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the con-trol group, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The eight-section brocade exercise combined with moxibus-tion therapy in the treatment of yang deficiency constipation of diabetic patients has exactly therapeutic effect, and is worthy of fur-ther study.
