足浴结合中医护理对0级糖尿病足的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨足浴结合中医护理对糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选择我院于2012年2月—2015年6月30日就诊的辨证为气虚血瘀、脉络瘀阻型糖尿病足患者100例,随机将患者分为治疗组与对照组各50例,两组均积极控制血糖,给予改善微循环、营养神经等药物治疗;并给予常规饮食护理、运动疗法、创面处理、健康教育等。治疗组加用益气活血,化瘀通络方足浴护理,并给予中医情志护理。每15天为一疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组50例中痊愈21例,显效15例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率94.0%;对照组50例中痊愈9例,显效18例,有效11例,无效12例,总有效率76.0%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论足浴结合中医护理对0级糖尿病足有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of foot bath combined with TCM nursing on grade 0 diabetic foot. Methods100 cases of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis and vein blood stasis diabetic foot from Feburary 2012 to June 2015 were selected. They were divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The two groups were given positive controlling blood sugar, improving microcirculation and nutriting nerve etc, routine diet nursing, physical therapy, wound treatment,health education and so on. The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo decoction foot bath and emotional care of traditional Chinese medicine. Every 15 days is a course of treatment. After 2 courses, the therapeutic effect was valued. Results In the treatment group, 50 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94%. In the control group, 50 cases were cured, 18 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76%. The difference between the two groups was significant（P 〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The foot bath combined with TCM nursing on grade 0 diabetic foot has better clinical effect, and it is worthy of promotion.
