摘  要:目的分析比较不同粒度的炙甘草煮散饮片中成分煎出率及干膏收率。方法将炙甘草粉碎制成4种不同粒度的煮散饮片,记为A、B、C、D组,将传统炙甘草饮片作为对照组,对比各组甘草酸、甘草苷煎出情况及干膏收率。结果炙甘草煮散的甘草酸和甘草苷含量、干膏收率高于对照组,D组甘草苷、干膏收率高于其他组别,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);D组甘草酸煎出率评分、甘草苷煎出率评分和干膏收率评分的总分高于其他组别,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 1.19~2.36 mm粒度范围的炙甘草煮散可达到较佳的药材煎出效果,临床上可根据这一结果筛选炙甘草煮散饮片的最佳粉碎粒度。Objective To compare components decocting rate and dry extract yield of Zhigancao boiled powder in pieces of different size. Methods Licorice was crushed and made into 4 kinds of different sizes of boiled pieces. We remembered them as A, B, C and D group. Traditional moxibustion and licorice decoction pieces were considered as control group. The extraction conditions and the yield of dry extract were compared in each group. Results Zhigancao boiled powder of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin and yield of dry extract were higher than those of the control group, group D of liquiritin and dry extract yield were higher than those in the other groups, and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.05). The score of D group, the score of the rate of extraction of the acid, the ratio of the extract rate and the yield of dry extract were higher than other groups, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion 1.19 ~ 2.36 mm size range of moxibustion and licorice decoction can achieve a better effect of medici-nal herbs decoction, and the optimal size of the decoction can be selected according to the results.
