医院船海外执行任务期间派出卫生装备维修分队工作模式及做法探讨

摘　　要：近年来，和平方舟医院船执行系列和谐使命任务已成为一种常态，医院船在海外执行任务期间，应服务国家的要求，派出卫生装备维修分队进行卫生装备检修工作已经成为医院船提供医疗服务和文化联谊之外的另一种新的服务模式，日益发挥出不可替代的作用，本文探索了如何更好地进行这种服务。The Chinese hospital ship ＂Peace Ark＂ have carried out its overseas missions in more than 20 countries. Since 2013, it dispatched several teams to several Latin American countries to help repair and manintain medical equipments. Based on their experience the authors developed a relevant working mode ： It is necessary to get a clear picture of the professional abilities of the maintenance personnel; necessary parts should be prepared in advance; the specific situation of the equipment out of order should be further checked while arriving the site; if follow-up service is needed, further work should be arranged carefully.; and summerization should be made frequently.
