摘  要:目的分析影响学员高级生命支持课程考核通过率的相关因素,探讨改进培训模式,提升培训效果的措施。方法采用SPSSl7.0统计软件,对160名参训学员的考核成绩从科室、职称、培训前测试成绩3个方面进行统计分析,找出影响考核通过率的相关因素,同时结合问卷调查结果,探讨提高培训效果的措施。结果培训考核总通过率为93.1%,急救相关科室与非急救科室学员成绩比较,(P〈0.05);不同职称参训学员考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P〉0.05);培训前成绩大于60分的学员与培训前成绩小于60分的学员考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。问卷调查显示培训满意度超过90%,其中对课程内容、培训模式、培训时间和导师授课质量的满意度均〉95%。结论可以通过分组培训、成绩反馈、开设辅导班,改进培训设备等措施来提升高级生命支持课程的培训效果。Objective To analyze the factors influencing the effects of training in advanced life support (ACLS) for health technical personnel. Methods An off-the-job training in ACLS based on the standard course of the America Heart Association, including 120 rain of video teaching, 300 rain of manikin practice, 300 rain of skills test, and 30 rain of theory examination, was conducted among 160 medical doctors randomly selected from different departments. The passing rate was measured. Logistic regression analysis of two-category data was used to identify the relevant factors. Results The total passing rate was 93.1%. When compared emergency related departments with non emergency department, P 〈 0.05; when different titles were compared, P〉 0.05; when compared trainers who got more than 60 points with trainers less than 60 points, P 〈 0.05. Satisfaction rate of the survey was more than 90%, of which the curriculum content, training mode, training time and teachers teaching quality satisfaction were over 95%. Conclusion Specific professional department and relevant basic theoretical knowledge influnce the effects of ACLS effects.
