“三明治”护理方法在ICU患者失禁相关性皮炎中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨“三明治”护理方法在治疗ICU患者失禁相关性皮炎的临床效果。方法选择入住ICU期间内发生失禁相关性皮炎的患者50例，随机均分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用皮肤保护膜联合造口护肤粉的“三明治”护理方法，对照组采用复方锌氧油外涂的传统护理方法，比较两组患者失禁相关性皮炎的治疗效果、愈合时间、复发率及护理时间。结果实验组患者失禁相关性皮炎的治疗效果优于对照组，愈合时间、复发率及护理时间明显低于对照组。结论“三明治”护理方法较传统的复方锌氧油的护理方法在失禁相关性皮炎的治疗中具有疗效显著，治愈时间短，复发率低的优点，能够减轻患者的痛苦，减少护理人员的护理时间，提高工作质量。Objective To observe the effects of ＂Sandwich＂ nursing methods on incontinence associated dermatitis in ICU patients. Methods 50 patients with incontinence associated dermatitis, who admitted to ICU from April 2015 to December 2015, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. ＂Sandwich＂ nursing methods, skin protection membrane and skin care powder, were used in experimental group while traditional nursing methods, compound of zinc oxide and oil, were used in control group. Treatment effect, healing time, recurrence rate and nursing time of incontinence associated dermatitis were compared between two groups. Results The treatment effect of experimental group was better than that of control group, while healing time, recurrence rate and nursing time were significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusions Compared with traditional nursing methods, ＂Sandwich＂ nursing methods sho-~ed better treatment effect, shorter healing time, lower recurrence rate, which relieved patients＇ suffering, reduced nursing time and improved work quality.
