摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在抗肿瘤药物致肝损伤患者药物治疗中的作用。方法临床药师结合患者病情,与临床医师讨论并查阅相关文献,提出药物治疗建议,并对患者实施药学监护。结果临床药师的积极参与,为患者提供了合理的用药方案,保障了药物治疗的安全性和有效性。结论临床药师应当形成科学的预防抗肿瘤药物性肝损伤的临床思维和工作思路,深入临床,才能在临床治疗中充分发挥自身作用。Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists played in the treatment of patients with anti- tumor drug-induced liver injury. Methods Based on the patient＇s condition and the literature review, clinical pharmacist discussed the medication regimen with physicians, put forward the effective suggestions for clinical medication scheme and provided reasonable pharmaceutical care. Results The clinical pharmacist provided ef- fective pharmaceutical care for the patients and improved safety and effectiveness of therapeutic regimen. Con- elusion The clinical pharmacist should form a scientific clinical thinking and ideas of prevention anti-tumor drug- induced liver injury. The participation of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care contribute to ADR monitoring and promote safe and rational drug use in the clinic.
