苏皖豫三省恶性疟联防成效回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的分析江苏(苏)、安徽(皖)、河南(豫)三省恶性疟联防成效,为其他地区消除恶性疟提供借鉴资料。方法收集苏、皖、豫三省1984—1994年恶性疟疫情报告和联防统计数据,查阅相关文献,回顾性调查分析恶性疟联防实施成效。结果中部江苏、安徽和河南三省1986年起开展恶性疟联防,采取统一策略、统一行动的"两统一"联防模式,建立轮流检查、轮流值班的联防机制,实施以控制传播媒介为主和加强传染源管理的综合性防治措施,实现中部地区消除恶性疟。三省恶性疟病例由1984年的3 438例下降到1991年的0例,江苏、河南自1988年起,安徽自1991年起未发生本地恶性疟感染病例。结论恶性疟联防工作模式促进了江苏、安徽、河南三省消除恶性疟,应探索向其他地区推广的可适用性。Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of falciparum malaria joint control in Jiangsu, Anhui, Henanprovinces, so as to provide the reference for other countries and regions on falciparum malaria control and elimination.Methods The data of falciparum malaria epidemic reports and statistics in the three provinces from 1984 to 1994 werecollected, the relevant literature was reviewed, and all the data were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the effect of malariajoint control. Results The malaria joint control activities started in the three provinces in 1986. The mechanism on unifiedstrategy and action was established, the monitoring and information exchange activities were carried out, and thecomprehensive control measures were conducted including the vector control and malaria case management, which promotedthe falciparum malaria elimination in the three provinces. The falciparum malaria cases decreased from 3 438 cases in 1984 tozero in 1991, and there was no local falciparum malaria case in Henan and Jiangsu after 1988 and there was also no localfalciparum malaria case in Anhui after 1991. Conclusion The strategy of malaria joint control promotes the elimination offalciparum malaria in the three provinces, and the applicability of this strategy for other countries should be explored.
