摘 要:针对某330MW燃煤供热机组,采用氟塑料换热器设计了分级布置、二次利用的电站锅炉排烟余热及水分回收系统,按照系统设计方案改造该机组,并在非采暖工况下进行机组性能试验.结果表明:排烟余热及水分回收系统不仅能够充分利用烟气余热、减少脱硫系统水耗,还能回收烟气中的部分水分,降低烟气中颗粒物的浓度,减轻对烟囱的磨损与腐蚀,对电厂安全有效地实现节能减排具有重要意义.For a certain 330 MW coal-fired heat supply unit, a two-stage double utilization system was de- signed for waste heat and moisture recovery from flue gas of the power boiler by making use of fluoroplas- tic heat exchanger. The unit was then retrofitted according to the design plan, for which relevant perform- ance tests were carried out under non-heating conditions. Results show that the flue gas waste heat and moisture recovery system can not only make full use of the waste heat and reduce the water consumption of the desulfurization system, but also recover part of the moisture from the flue gas, which helps to reduce PM concentrations in the flue gas and relieve the wear and corrosion to the chimney, thus achieving effec- tive energy-saving and emission reduction of the power plant.
