摘 要:针对城镇污水厂污泥固化处理周期长、效能低的问题,研发城镇污水厂污泥快速(3d)固化剂。考察了硫铝酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥、高锰酸钾、早强减水剂、粉煤灰、石灰等多种固化材料和添加剂对固化体强度的影响。结果表明,随着硫铝酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥、高锰酸钾、早强减水剂和粉煤灰掺入量的增加,3 d固化体抗压强度逐步提高,其影响顺序为:硫铝酸盐水泥>硅酸盐水泥>高锰酸钾>早强减水剂>粉煤灰;石灰对固化体强度影响显著;膨润土和石膏对增强固化体强度作用较小。快速固化剂组分及其配比为硫铝酸盐水泥(3.9%)、硅酸盐水泥(3%)、石灰(1.7%)、粉煤灰(6%),其3 d固化强度满足污泥填埋处置的要求。固化体浸出液中COD、氨氮浓度显著降低;SEM结果表明,固化污泥颗粒较脱水污泥具有孔隙率小、结构密实、含有大量颗粒状结晶的特点。To address the problems of long cycle and low efficiency of solidification treatment of sewage sludge from municipal sewage treatment plant, a type of fast solidification agent (3 d) of sewage sludge was developed. The effects of several materials and additives such as sulphoaluminate cement, portland cement, potassium permanganate, hardening accelerating and water reducing admixture, fly ash, lime and others on the strength of solidification body were investigated. The results indicated that the compressive strength of solidification body after solidifying for 3 d increased as the admixing amounts of sulphoaluminate cement, portland cement, potassium permanganate, hardening accelerating and water re- dueing admixture and fly ash increased, with the influence degree as follow: sulphoaluminate cement 〉 portland cement 〉 potassium permanganate 〉 hardening accelerating and water reducing admixture 〉 fly ash. In addition, the effect of lime on the strength of solidification body was remarkable while those of bentonite and plaster were slight. This solidification agent, consisting of sulphoaluminate cement (3.9%), portland cement (3%), lime (1.7%) and fly ash (6%), could meet the strength require-ments of the sludge landfill disposal after solidifying for 3 d. A significant decrease in both COD and am-monia concentration of the leachate was found in the leaching tests. SEM results showed that the solidifiedsludge particles had small porosity, compact structure and a large amount of particulate crystalline com- pared with dewatered sludge.
